June Single Family home sales in Colchester, while up from May, at 15 closings, were down by 21% from the 19 sales in June 2017. New listings were also down by 9.5% from the previous year. The median sales price for Single Family homes was down 18.6% to $297,000 brought down by several lower-priced sales.

  • 224 Hazen-Lyon Road $788,750
  • 108 Spaulding East Shore $825,000 

Colchester Condos sales were down by 8.3% with only 11 closings and new listings were actually up 100% to 14, fueled predominantly by new construction. Meanwhile, the median sale price of a Condo was up 37.6% to $ 299,000.
