2018 Lake Champlain Market Review

Lakefront sales pretty much followed the trend of home sales as a whole with limited inventories keeping sales relatively flat. Meanwhile, prices saw an overall decline but, given the uniqueness of the lakefront market, year over year comparisons are challenging.
