Here's your Colchester 3rd Quarter Update.
Changes for 3rd Quarter over last year at this time include:
- The median sales price was up 9.76 percent to $370,994 for Single Family homes and increased 48.78 percent to $305,000 for townhouse-condo properties. A couple of lakefront properties helped bump up condo numbers.
- Closed sales increased 55 percent for Single Family properties and were relatively flat for townhouse-condo properties.
- Days on market decreased by almost 61 percent to 31 days for Single Family homes and increased 54.5 percent to 55 days for the townhouse-condo market. New construction was a factor for condos.
